Room rates are the same for single or double occupancy, reduced mid week rates are available.

Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit for bookings longer then one night.

Payments for deposit may be made by Visa, Master Card, travelers check, or personal check, if received 14 days prior to arrival date. Balance due upon arrival.

All rates are subject to change without notice, Plus 7%  RI sales tax

Deposit refund, less $25 process fee will be issued if the cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date.

If canceled within 14 days, a credit towards a future stay will be issued for the amount of deposit, less $25 processing fee, and will be given only if we are able to re-book the room for the same amount of days as original reservation. This credit will be good for one year from date issued 

No refunds given for early departure - No refunds or credit will be given for no-shows.
