Reservation and Inn Policies
  • For reservations and availabilty, call us at (866) 756-7445 or (401) 855-8701
  • Check-in time is between 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Checkout time is 11 a.m.
  • Call for special event and holiday packages
  • Room rates are the same for single or double occupancy, reduced mid week rates are available.
  • Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit for bookings longer then one night.
  • Reservations for 1-Night Stays must be paid in full
  • Payments for deposit may be made by Visa, Master Card, travelers check, or personal check, if received 14 days prior to arrival date. Balance due upon arrival.
  • All rates are subject to change without notice, Plus 7%  RI sales tax
  • No children
  • No Pets
  • Smoking outdoors only

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit refund, less $25 process fee will be issued if the cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date.
  • If canceled within 14 days, a credit towards a future stay will be issued for the amount of deposit, less $25 processing fee, and will be given only if we are able to re-book the room for the same amount of days as original reservation. This credit will be good for one year from date issued 
  • No refunds given for early departure - No refunds or credit will be given for no-shows.
